Nepal should stand with pride in front of the world

As a research-driven news reporter, presenter, author of five books, and documentary filmmaker, Prem has made his mark across print, television, and social advocacy. He has worked on acclaimed projects including Khabar Bhitra Ko Khabar at Avenues Television, Jaya Swabhiman, Power News, The Real Face at News24 Television, and served as Social Empowerment and Advocacy Coordinator at the Center for PAN Asian Community Services (CPACS), USA.

He interviewed Nepal’s former king, Gyanendra Bir Bikram Shah as well as most of the country’s prime ministers following the 1990s People’s Movement, showcasing his exceptional access and credibility in Nepali political journalism.

He earned a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from Purbanchal University, Nepal, and a Bachelor’s degree in Nepali and Sociology from Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur, Nepal, and later pursued reflecting a solid academic foundation that underpins his work in media, research, and social innovation.
